Terms and Conditions – 777bd Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players who access, register or use the 777bd platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing PKR, playing casino games, placing sports bets, claiming bonuses or using any other feature of the platform.

Your continued use of 777bd following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any change, your only remedy is to close your account and stop using the platform. 777bd reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on this page.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777bd.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 777bd account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual and on your own behalf — not as an agent for a third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 777bd or under any active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must be capable of entering into a binding legal agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and at all times thereafter.

777bd does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to understand the laws in your own jurisdiction before registering. 777bd makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all locations.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 777bd at any time. Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one account — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth and a valid contact method. This information must be kept up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone else. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 777bd support immediately. 777bd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account balances are denominated in PKR and are non-transferable between accounts or to other players. Your account balance reflects your available funds for wagering and withdrawal — it does not constitute a financial instrument or carry interest.

4. Deposits

777bd accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and other payment methods listed on the Deposit page. All deposit methods displayed on the platform at the time of transaction are considered valid.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR once confirmed by the payment provider.
• 777bd does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• If a deposit is declined or reversed by your payment provider, the associated funds will not be credited to your 777bd account.

In the event of a technical error during a deposit transaction, contact support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to re-submit the same deposit until the issue is resolved to avoid duplicate charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the specific method's availability. Withdrawals are paid in PKR only.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes described on the Withdrawal page, subject to verification requirements.
• You may only withdraw funds that represent cleared, wagered balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 777bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to a payment account not matching your registered details will not be processed.
• If a withdrawal is returned by your payment provider due to incorrect account details, it is your responsibility to provide corrected information. 777bd is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details supplied by the player.

If your account is under review for any reason, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of that review. 777bd will notify you where this applies and aims to complete any such review promptly.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

777bd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be clearly stated at the point the offer is made. In addition, the following general principles apply across all bonuses:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount credited must be turned over a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• 777bd reserves the right to withdraw or amend a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account and the wagering process has begun, the terms that applied at the time of credit remain in effect.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion or systematic betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being reviewed.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 777bd — including live casino titles, slot games, fish games and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general terms. The rules for each game are available within the game interface or on the relevant section page.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Once a bet is accepted by the platform, it is binding.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the platform will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If resolution is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to your account balance.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems for casino and slot titles. Sports results are determined by real-world match outcomes as reported by the relevant sporting body.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the game or betting interface.
• 777bd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds or stakes affected by a clear technical error, pricing mistake or data feed fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player.

For sports betting specifically: settlement of markets is based on official results at the end of the relevant match or event. For cricket and PSL markets, the result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant tournament authority is used as the basis for settlement. Any protest, appeal or result revision after settlement has occurred will not automatically trigger a re-settlement unless 777bd determines it appropriate to do so.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777bd. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or unauthorised use of another person's payment account.
• Attempting to launder money through gameplay or account transactions.
• Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 777bd staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or any part of the platform's backend systems.

9. Privacy and Data

777bd collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, transaction processing and general platform use. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used and your rights in relation to that data are described in full in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account on 777bd, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Identity verification documents submitted to 777bd are retained securely and used only for verification purposes.
• 777bd does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension and Closure

777bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• A player's self-exclusion request taking effect.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by 777bd's internal policy.
• Any other situation where 777bd deems account restriction to be in the interests of the platform or the player's own welfare.

If your account is closed by 777bd due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — such as self-exclusion or inactivity — your remaining PKR balance will be returned to your last verified payment method after any applicable verification process is completed.

Players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting 777bd support. A voluntary closure request will be processed promptly. Any active bonus at the time of closure will be removed from the account prior to the return of the remaining verified balance.

12. Limitation of Liability

777bd provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free operation, 777bd does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance, technical upgrades or circumstances outside 777bd's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank systems.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from actions taken by the player, including use of shared devices or disclosure of login credentials.
• Decisions made by a player while using the platform, including all game and betting outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777bd's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

777bd may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or the way you use the platform — 777bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or via their registered contact details.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. Your continued use of 777bd after any update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
